This mount with an SO239 connection is made to support the SS34+ Telescopic Whip, which screws into the mount when it is deployed with the SS34+ Guying Kit.
For raised deployments, as is shown in the above User Guide, our mount moves the stress to the large base of the 34’6” Element, and the SS34+ Bolt is used on our Survivor Tripod & Adapter.
