Warranty Policy
Alpha Antenna Limited Lifetime Non-Transferable Warranty
1. Coverage
Alpha Antenna (“Alpha”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) that its antenna products (“Product”) will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the Product. This warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from Alpha or an authorized Alpha dealer.
2. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original Purchaser. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or environmental/weather-related deterioration.
- Damage resulting from acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, wind, or flooding.
3. Remedies
If a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty is found, Alpha will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or its components with new or refurbished parts. Replacement parts or Products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
4. Exclusions of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of use.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a claim, the Purchaser must:
- Contact Alpha Antenna Customer Service with proof of purchase and a description of the manufacturing defect(s).
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is also known as an Order number, before shipping the Product using the link for US Based, Assessment fee for repairs/upgrades, International, Assessment fee for repairs/upgrades – Alpha Antenna,or Returns and Exchanges.
- Ship the Product, at the Purchaser’s expense, to the address provided by Alpha.
6. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Product was purchased, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied by Alpha Antenna, Productive Industries, LLC, the online store AlphaAntenna.com. Alpha Antenna and Productive Industries, LLC, or any other entity sourcing the Alpha Antenna product line, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.
