For working products, Alpha Antenna offers a 60-day Refund from the purchase date on the purchase price minus:
- Shipping Fees,
- 12% restocking fee, and
- § Damage fees.
Return UNOPENED BOXÂ
Alpha Antenna offers a 60-day Refund from the purchase date on unopened box items for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:
- Shipping Fees,
- 6% restocking fee, and
- § Damage fees.
§ Damage fees
We will verify the items are in original like new condition, and if any damage has occurred it will be assessed at replacement value and deducted from your refund. This includes testing to determine if power levels were exceeded, physical damage, etc.
** Step 2. Shipping Process for Returns and Exchanges
a. To return an item
1 – Click ‘Buy Now’, which creates an RMA# (Order number).
2 – On the next page, fill in your information then click “Check Your Address & Place Order”
b. Return item with a label from your carrier
1 – On the label you purchase from the carrier of your choice, note that a tracking number will be required, please address the label per this example:
