I recently built a POTA PERformer antenna using a 17′ 6″ telescoping whip I bought at a hamfest several years ago. I needed a few more inches to improve the match on 20m CW so I bought the Alpha 17′ 9″ telescoping whip. The Alpha telescoping whip is so much better constructed than the one I had.
