Deployment
- Push the included Mounting Spike into the ground,
- Install the included jumper wire by fully extending it between the HOA Buster Match and downspout, so that it does not touch the ground. Then simply use the included clip at the end of the jumper wire to secure it into place,
- Then attach any length of coax to the connector on the bottom of the AutoMatch and run your coax to your equipment.

Never Loosen any of the Bolts, Washers, Nuts, or Caps on the HOA Buster’s match. Otherwise, you’ll need an impact wrench to tighten them.
Options
An optional 60-foot end-fed HF antenna element activates 10 through 80 Meters and is used instead of a gutter. This is very useful if you are deployed on a beach, mountain, or in a park. MORE INFORMATION

A good American company to do business with.
My HOA abhors antennas (and anything else that brings anyone enjoyment) so this was a very interesting item when I saw it mentioned in a facebook group for amateur radio operators. I wound up putting a drainage tray under my downspout to be sure it is isolated from the ground – a dense rubber item I picked up on Amazon. So far, impressive results with a very short gutter. I’m working out a way to covertly connect the various short gutter runs on my house together to enhance this setup. I did put a choke at the end of the coax for RF entry to the shack but I’m going to do some further work to see if I really need it. I can highly recommend this antenna if you are hindered by an HOA or other factors!
