The Magnetic Loop Booster Cable can be used on the portable Alpha Loop, Model 100W.
– When installed on the Model 100W Alpha Loop you may:
- Use just the longer Booster Cable in lieu of the shorter Default Outer Loop for to increase efficiency by approximately 20% on 12-40M at 75W PEP SSB, 35W CW, or 15W Digital. - You may also add the Booster Cable as a double loop to form an outer loop that is over 21 feet in total length, which increases skin effect thereby increasing efficiency on 40-80M at 20W PEP SSB, 10 Watts CW, and 5 Watts Digital.
