This 34 foot End Fed Element enables 10-80M coverage (10/12/15/17/20/40/80 Meters) when added to any Alpha Match, including stationary mobile, base, or portable deployments.
This kit activates THIS portable or THIS base Alpha Match for NVIS for EmComm or DX for long distance. An external antenna tuner can be used if your antenna is installed over a poor ground or not placed in a clear area.
NVIS vs DX INSTALLATION
To enhance NVIS, install the system horizontally at a height of 2 and 12 feet. Or install as a V so that the center is at 6 feet with either side sloping up to 25 feet.
To enhance DX, install the system as an inverted V, with azimuth at 15 to 35 feet and side ends at 6 feet or higher.
NOTE – Higher equals greater DX.
