Return OPEN BOX
Alpha Antenna offers a Refund for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:
- Shipping Fees,
- an 12% restocking fee, and
- § Damage fees.
Return UNOPENED BOX
Alpha Antenna offers a Refund on unopened box items for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:
- Shipping Fees,
- an 6% restocking fee, and
- § Damage fees.
§ Damage fees
We will verify the items are in original like new condition, and if any damage has occurred it will be assessed at replacement value and deducted from your refund. This includes testing to determine if power levels were exceeded, physical damage, etc.

The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and use the original packaging material. All returned items damaged or dirtied by the client will either not be accepted or reviewed for damage fees.
It is the responsibility of the client to examine the goods immediately after delivery and to report any defects or discrepancies to their order.
